Cooperative Ataxia Group
About CAG

The Cooperative Ataxia Group (CAG) is a non-profit group of physicians and other healthcare providers from medical centers in the United States and Canada who specialize in both the care of patients with ataxia and the scientific study of the disease process.

Since its beginning, the CAG's goal has been to increase knowledge of ataxia through a cooperative effort. Any clinical research requires the participation of a large number of patients. By joining together, the group can efficiently and openly share information with the scientific community and with their patients. In the future, the CAG will carry out multi-center clinical research trials which will enable patients from all over North America to participate.
